--------------------------------------------------------------------- To be eligible for these rates, EP must have all applicable patient records for entire 2016 report period stored on an MU2 certified EHR system with full support of SRE (Summary Record Exchange) via QRDA1 or C-CDA. The quoted fee structure takes into consideration the resources saved with MU2/SRE optimized workflow processes. If _EHR systems other than MU2/SRE systems are used for the entire 2016 report period, specific charges for adapted CUHSM QCDR workflow processes will apply. Please contact us for details.
