CUHSM Goal #1
Patient Adherence Metrics (PAM)

Missed appointments, non-adherence to regimens, and lack of engagement in preventive care all deter positive outcomes.

Using suitable measures, patient adherence can be quantified in order to initiate followup targeted communications and adjust appropriate risk factors that correlate with patient interactions.    More info...

   CUHSM Goal #2
Our QRDA tools leverage your current technology.

Problem: Your current IT infrastructure is unable to submit valid QRDA submissions.  Your organization balks at the costs, time and resources required for frequent upgrades for constantly changing regulations.

Solution: Whether you are a Eligible Provider (EP), Hospital (EH) or Critical Access Hospital (CAH), our procedures leverage your current technology and workflow to achieve MACRA and IPPS/IQR compliance for eCQM submissions.

Benefit:   We buffer your IT systems from regulatory updates,  minimizing changes to your existing technology.

No longer must you switch vendors to generate eCQM submissions.

   CUHSM Goal #3
Automated validation of your submissions

Solution: Our QRDA Submission Auditor uses 4 discrete programs to expedite  data validation and scrubbing processes where errors are identified at all stages of the QRDA submission generation process.

Benefit: Validated CMS submissions save time and resources.

    CUHSM Goal #4:
QRDA review tools that help you hone your QRDA submission

Problem:  Wiithout QRDA review tools, your organization is blindly sending QRDA submissions.

Solution: Our QRDA toolkit anticipate MACRA requirements by streamlining the review and audit trails for eCQM report logistics to optimize all elements and stages of CMS submission preparation.

Benefit: Your CMS QRDA submissions are reviewed and updated with minimum EHR & workflow interruptions.

We re-purpose your existing processes to save resources

Solution: Our QRDA Compiler merge strategic data from your all of your IT systems to optimize submission generation. measure selection for QPP, IQR and QRDA CMS quality report channels.

Benefit: Your eCQM submission will become a more accurate representation of the actual performance rates of your organization.

Staff resources are saved by maximizing merged data sources.
